Hmmm, sounds VERY promising!
I read the review, viewed screenshots, visited the authors' site...and downloaded the trial version of the program!
Seems to be very tempting to create exclusive icons and cursors for your desktop! Lets explore it!

Visit the developers' site. there you can find VERY good tutorial with lots of pictures. But it's only in English Sad

Open your library and click Add Icon on library toolbar. Then select added icon and open your icon that you want to add using Open Object or Search Object. Finally click Save Library. Done!

sabrina, start from the beginning and try my method:
- add new empty image
- draw text
- apply necessary effects
- copy result image and paste to your original image
